personal data we, JMagri Material located at 1st floor, 5-37, Cheongsu 12-ro,
Dongnam-gu, Cheonan-si, Chungcheongnam-do, South Korea (hereinafter referred to
as “JM”, “we” or “us”) process via our website www.jmand.co.kr (hereinafter
referred to as the “Website”), if you apply for a job with us and / or if you
are a (employee of) a supplier or customer of ours. This privacy statement
explains how JM uses the personal data collected about you and what rights you
have with regard to your personal data. We take your privacy seriously and
treat your personal information with care. We will only process your personal
data in accordance with the applicable privacy legislation.

Suppliers / customers
JM collects contact details (name, gender,
telephone number, address, e-mail address, signature and any other data
necessary for communication) from persons employed by a supplier or customer.

execution and billing of the purchase of products or services from suppliers
and our own services. JM processes this personal data for the execution of the
agreement with our suppliers and customers. It is not mandatory to provide your
personal data. However, the provision of personal data is a necessary condition
for the conclusion of a contract and/or its execution. We do not retain
personal data for longer than necessary. JM may also be legally obliged to
collect and store personal data of customers and suppliers such as bank
details, financial details and the country in which a customer or supplier is
based. We only process this personal data if and as long as there is a legal

fair visits, e-mail and telephone to receive news from us or register for
events that we organise. To send newsletters, invitations to events and other

CV, education, copy of diplomas, certificates. JM has a legitimate interest in
processing these personal data, because without these data we are unable to
assess whether you are suitable for the position and/or to inform you about the
progress of the application procedure. Providing your personal data is not a
necessary condition for entering into a contract. However, if you do not
provide us with your personal data, we will not be able to process your
application. We do not store your personal data for longer than necessary,
namely 4 weeks after the end of the application procedure.
